I believe that Chip is symbolic of the jerk we all knew who just doesn't get it... Doesn't realize that he truly has no friends, he's a pain in the ass & a user & really only tolerated in real life. Riding the coat tails of his successful brother, other people talkin shit abt him... he's disillusioned into thinking he's somebody. It's funny 2 watch the series, just 2 see what other people's reactions are 2 him. Especially when he tries 2 throw the Jerry Seinfeld card threat at club owners/managers..If u ever knew anyone who was even slightly related 2 someone famous...Serp's series on Chip is the icing on the cake.
